HOTEL CASPIY PARK RULES

Payments on the territory of Ukraine are made exclusively in the national currency at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine for foreign currencies on the day of payment.

Hotel rooms of the same type may slightly differ in size.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Hotel Caspiy is intended for temporary residence of citizens regardless of their place of permanent residence and registration for a period agreed with the administration.

The hotel’s entrepreneurial activity is regulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.

The room rate includes:

24-hour concierge service;
Breakfast from 9:00 to 11:00;
Daily room cleaning, linen and bath towel change;
Morning wake-up call;
In-room safes;
High-speed internet in rooms;
Provision of a high chair, ironing board, and iron;
Taxi call;
Emergency medical assistance call;
Outdoor pool on the hotel grounds;
Parking in the hotel courtyard.

Paid services:

Additional bed in the room with a full set of sleeping and bath linens;
Sauna;
Billiards;
Pedal boat rental;
SUP board rental;
Rental of children’s electric cars/bicycles;
Organization of conferences, seminars, banquets;

General accommodation rules:

Check-in is carried out after the Guest presents a passport and makes 100% payment for the entire stay in the hotel;
Guests must comply with the “Accommodation Rules”, fire safety rules, as well as other regulatory documents and legislation of Ukraine;
Check-in time starts at 14:00 local time;
Check-out time is 12:00 local time;
Early check-in is an additional paid service and is provided subject to room availability;
For early check-in from 6:00 to 12:00, a fee of 60% of the room rate for one day is charged, subject to room availability on the day of arrival;
For stays of less than one day, payment is made for a full day;
Late check-out after 12:00 is an additional paid service provided subject to room availability, and is charged at 50% of the daily room rate up to 18:00, check-out after 18:00 is charged as one day;
Check-in for foreign citizens is carried out on a general basis upon presentation of national passports or identity documents. The procedure for registering national passports is determined by the current legislation of Ukraine. If there are available rooms, citizens can be provided with a room for two or more persons with full payment of the room cost;
After completing the check-in documents, payment for the stay, and familiarizing with the accommodation rules, the guest is given a room key and escorted to the room;
Upon arrival, please check the room. In case of detecting any damage or broken items, contact the reception, otherwise, the cost of damaged items will be charged to the guest;
To maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the room, we kindly ask you not to bring food from the restaurant and not to smoke in the room – smoking is prohibited in the rooms. If smoking is detected in the room, a fine will be charged;
The guest is responsible for the safekeeping of bath towels in the room. In case of missing items, the guest reimburses the hotel for the damage;
Guests are not allowed to keep pets and birds in the room;
Children under 5 years old staying with their parents – no extra bed fee is charged;
In case of early departure, the remaining amount is not refunded;
In case of booking a room, the guest must make a prepayment of 50% of the cost for the entire stay;
If the guest does not inform about the non-arrival less than 3 days in advance, the prepayment is not refunded;
According to the Law of Ukraine No. 4844-VI of May 24, 2012, smoking of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, and hookahs is prohibited in the rooms and restaurant. For smoking in the hotel premises, a fine of 1000 hryvnias is charged for each violation. Smoking is allowed in designated areas;
The hotel administration adheres to the privacy policy of its guests and does not provide information about the residents;
Please treat the hotel property with care. In case of intentional/unintentional damage/loss of hotel property, the cost will be charged according to the issued invoice;
The safe in the room is free of charge. Please keep all valuable items in the safe. In case of loss of items outside the safe, the hotel administration is not responsible;
Please return the room keys to the reception upon check-out;
Guests under the age of 18 are not sold alcoholic beverages and tobacco products;

It is forbidden on the hotel premises:

To bring and store in rooms substances, materials, and items that are dangerous to life and health of citizens and property;
To leave unauthorized persons in the rooms during their absence, as well as to hand over the room keys to them;
To enter the complex territory with their own food or drinks and consume them in the hotel rooms;
To disturb public order on the hotel premises;
It is forbidden to bring pets onto the premises.
